International property consultancy Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Badal Yagnik as the managing director for its office leasing services in India.
Yagnik, with more than two decades of experience, was earlier working with Jones Lang LaSalle heading the the business for the Delhi-NCR region, overseeing commercial, retail, residential and capital markets sides of the businesses.
“He will align with our transaction teams to create innovative, value based solutions for our clients,” said Anshul Jain, Managing Director, India, Cushman & Wakefield.
Yagnik will focus on providing transaction solutions for corporate office occupiers and will also provide strategic supervision to the landlord representation business and work towards maximizing rental revenue potentials.
Cushman & Wakefield had recently appointed Kaustuv Roy as its managing director for new business acquisition in India. The consultacy is a leading global real estate services firm comprising 43,000 employees in more than 60 countries.
